What is this training about?
This programme will allow you to understand more fully how the five key outcomes of the SEAL agenda: self-awareness, managing feelings, empathy, motivation, and social skills, can be promoted and developed through the way we design and deliver teaching and learning. It will help you to utilise a range of NLP skills and techniques to support yourself and your students to become more self-aware, to manage feelings, empathise, unlock motivations and become socially skilled. These skills underpin excellence in learning, way beyond the classroom into the full range of contexts within the school and community. It is relevant and useful for all staff in the school.
