You know feedback should always be constructive. This can be challenging to do, especially when there are criticisms to make? Does giving feedback to your team, fill you with dread? Do you groan when it’s that time for performance reviews/lesson observations?

You want your feedback to have a powerful and positive impact: to motivate, improve performance and raise achievement. This one day programme provides you with the opportunity to investigate and develop the skills and qualities required for feedback to feed forward to success and development.

What is this training about?
This programme is about the art of giving feedback. Essentially giving effective feedback is a process. It is underpinned by a set of skills, attitudes and behaviours and is one of the most important communications that a manger can engage in, with their team. The way feedback is given and received has impact. It can either propel people to greater achievements, or destroy self-confidence and demotivate. This course allows you to consider the variables that affect this process, discover strategies and develop skills which lead learning and create positive outcomes.
